I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
Broke Dog advertises exclusive content and a variety of apparel, including crewneck sweatshirts. While I understand the appeal of mystery designs, customers should have the option to preview upcoming shirts, especially at this price point. It would also be helpful to change sizes if someone else in the household prefers the design.
During my five months as a subscriber, the shirts I received were plain, basic, and rarely reflected the theme or season of the month. Despite the advertised variety, I never received a crewneck sweatshirt.
I recently received an email announcing a price increase to $38 per month. That is simply too much for a single T-shirt.
I contacted the company to cancel, and my request was processed. However, I was disappointed that there seemed to be no effort to retain me as a customer.
Overall, disappointing designs, unmet expectations, and a price increase made this subscription not worth the money.
